The kitchens are dead swanky and the recipes are all sumptuous, with a vague quail theme running through them. Here&#8217;s what we&#8217;ll be cooking:<\/p>\n<p>* Quail scotch eggs (demonstration and tasting)<\/p>\n<p>* Smoked salmon tartare with pickled cucumber<\/p>\n<p>* Sticky spiced quail with herby couscous<\/p>\n<p>* Flourless chocolate cake<\/p>\n<p>The workshop will run from 10.15am to 2.30pm, and includes coffee and pastries on arrival, plenty of hands-on cooking, lunch, and food to take home at the end.
