\n<\/span>Gaucho are hosting an evening with Matthew Fort and Tom Parker-Bowles in celebration of the chilli. The duo have designed a menu with Gaucho chef Fernando Trocca which promises some sweat-inducing delights. The night will kick off with a chilli cocktail and progresses through 5 courses, each increasing on the Scoville Scale. Starters will include Gaucho\u2019s legendary tiradito and ceviche with alternating degrees of chilli before moving onto a main course of Gaucho\u2019s fine steaks and chillis.\u00a0 Sweeter combinations will follow with an opportunity for guests to try chilli and chocolate and chilli ice-cream.\u00a0 Each course will be served with wines matched by Gaucho\u2019s Wine Director Phil Crozier.\u00a0 Guests who complete every course will receive a Scoville Gaucho certificate signed by Fort and Parker-Bowles.<\/p>\nWhen?
