As I think I may have mentioned, my new book Do-Ahead Dinners came out a couple of months ago. The thrust of the tome, if you hadn’t guessed, is that you can produce sumptuous feasts for friends and family without any of the last minute headaches so often associated with this theoretically pleasurable and relaxing exercise.
