On 24th September I’ll be running a cookery workshop at Leith’s School of Food & Wine in west London. The kitchens are dead swanky and the recipes are all sumptuous, with a vague quail theme running through them. Here’s what we’ll be cooking:
* Quail scotch eggs (demonstration and tasting)
* Smoked salmon tartare with pickled cucumber
* Sticky spiced quail with herby couscous
* Flourless chocolate cake
The workshop will run from 10.15am to 2.30pm, and includes coffee and pastries on arrival, plenty of hands-on cooking, lunch, and food to take home at the end. Tickets are £140, and are available at the Leith’s website (click here). Look forward to seeing you there!
