In reply to Helen. It was quite an assault, but there was such a long gap between courses (and a fair bit of grog) that your palate had rather forgotten what preceded the next course. 'Twas fun.

Wow, that’s a whole load of ‘T’ right there. The courses sound nice, but I think I’d find it extremely challenging to eat them one after the other what with being so different and all. Tahini, tallegio, truffle, tomato, teryaki, testicle, tripe, tofu. BLIMEY!
