I “sprite up” the mayonnaise with a tbsp of corse dijon mustard and 1/2 tbsp of lime or lemon juice and a large handfull of parsley chopped up…
I served it with salmon in mustard sauce and steamed asparagus the other day, it was very nice indeed!
