We’ve just come back from Crete and I’m on a promise to recreate a stifado at the weekend! Now if I make this lovely salad, agree to crack open the raki, we could even have friends over!

In reply to Rose Cottage. Ta lovely. I personally wouldn't recommend parma ham, slight salt overload. If you really need meat that much some shredded chicken would be betta. But each to their own of course :-)
