I used coriander seeds, didn’t have any fresh, I crushed them, not too many. It was very nice, served with brown rice with a tad of sesame oil mixed in with it too and a kind of home made mushy peas, made with fresh or frozen peas, onion, sunflower seeds, gravy to healthy fry the onions in, then add the other stuff, and a little garlic, salt and pepper, cook a little while then liquidise, lovely and green for with this delicious fish dish.
