Don't know if you knew about it already. She has a great cook book out too. I loved her 'Persepolitan roast chicken' stuffed with dried fruits and nuts and saffron and she introduced me to dried baby figs which are addictively chewy and strange. Those sweet lemons are a real disappointment by the way. They are not particularly sweet at all and Sally asked me to let her know if I can find a use for them, which says it all really.

Perhaps have a go at Bibimbap? It's certainly one of the iconic Korean dishes. Or maybe try my kimchi fried rice… 🙂
