Impressed my husband with this one – and he’s a tough crowd being an ex chef. Totally delicious. I added some baby spinach in with the chicken at then end which was good too. Thanks for the recipe – looking forward to cooking more of your stuff x

Christ on a bike!! I cook a lot. I’ve made a lot of curries. I’ve paid good money after bad for celeb and non celeb recipe books. I do love a it of Nigel Slater but man oh man, I did a Google search this morning for an interesting chicken and butternut squash curry. Found your site. Had all of the ingredients and this was by far the best curry I have ever made. For that matter ones of the loveliest recipes generally that I have ever made. My missus and I are still saying “mmmmmm!” an hour after eating!

Good work mate, I’m going to try a load of your other recipes. A great find! Cheers fella.
